Is Baby Train still open?
Yes... We are open! Given the recent relaxation in Covid-19 regulations, we are welcoming customers back into our store,. 5 Chestnut Court, Dingley Village. Of course we are still observing strict social distancing practices and encouraging the use of hand sanitizer when entering and then when leaving our store. Of course you can still shop online and pick up in store. Open 7 days.

Health and safety measures.
Our highest priority is the health, safety and well-being of our customers and our staff and providing a safe environment for everyone.
- We have increased cleaning and sanitisation of our store
- We ask staff and customers to ensure that they are maintaining safe hygiene practices
- We are ensuring that the distance of at least 1.5 metres between each person is being maintained in our store
Are there any delays in shipping goods?
Provided the items ordered are currently in stock, we are still able to ship your items within 48 hours of orders being placed. Australia Post have advised they are experiencing delays but hopefully this will not last much longer. You can also choose store pick up when buying online. If the item you choose is temporarily out of stock, you will be advised of when the item will be available.
Does Baby Train do Car Seat Fittings for my car?
At the moment, due to COVID-19, we are taking bookings for car seat fittings each Thursday only until further notice. Please call and make a booking to secure your preferred Thursday.
