Refunds & Exchanges
We encourage all customers to choose wisely when purchasing as Baby Train does not offer exchange, credit notes or refunds on change of mind items. Proof of purchase must be provided when seeking a refund or exchange.
Refunds, EXCHANGES, CREDIT NOTES
Refunds are available to customers who have purchased a faulty or defective product. In order for a refund to be processed an original proof of purchase receipt must be presented with the goods being returned. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. When you return any item, picture proof and tracking is required and after getting the parcel we will refund, exchange or credit note your purchase. Any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the item has not been returned within 30 business days, this will void your sale and no refund, exchange or credit note will be given.
Freight charges are not refunded.
Baby Train encourages all customers to consider their purchases carefully as we do not offer refunds on change of mind items. Where possible we will accommodate providing a proof of purchase is provided, goods are resalable and are returned within 7 days.
Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and are cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
