Refunds & Exchange policy
Change Of Mind:
We encourage all customers to choose wisely when purchasing as Baby Train does not offer an exchange, credit notes or refunds on change of mind items. Where possible, we will accommodate a refund or exchange providing that original proof of purchase is provided, goods are resalable and are returned within 7 days - this is solely at the manager's discretion.
Refunds and exchanges are available to customers who have purchased a faulty or defective product. In order for a refund to be processed, original proof of purchase must be provided when returning the goods to your local store.
returns via mail:
Customers returning items via post will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. When returning any item via mail, picture proof and tracking is required. After Baby Train receive the parcel we will refund, exchange or credit note your purchase.
Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and are cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
