Baby Train aims where possible to deliver Australia wide. Baby Train endeavours to ensure all goods will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Time frame will vary according to the delivery location and availability of goods. In the event of an item being out of stock you will be directly contacted by us.
Shipping is calculated based on the items purchased and delivery location. Bulky items such as cots, some prams and car seats will be charged based on dimensions and weight. Oversized items will have freight quoted separately.
Those items purchased from Baby Train are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Baby Train will make all reasonable endeavors to deliver your goods through our common carrier. However customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign. Baby Train shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons.
If you receive the wrong item (we are only human) we will sent you out the correct item. We do not accept returns or refunds on promotional items or free shipping items.
To protect both customer and Baby Train, for sales over $500 value, online buyers whose credit cards are not 3D Secure activated may be asked to provide proof of identity via email or text to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Baby Train carries out this activity to protect you and our interests from fraudulent orders and payments.
If Baby Train determines an order is potentially fraudulent, we will not despatch goods until we are satisfied that cardholder identification has been achieved and our Fraud Protection Process has been completed.
If the delivery address is unattended at the time the goods arrive - the goods will not be left at the premises unless an 'authority to leave' or 'safe drop' has been arranged between the customer and Australia Post.
Australia Post, any courier company and Baby Train are not responsible for any theft or damage that may occur. Any costs associated for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery and no 'authority to leave' is present. At this stage Baby Train does not deliver internationally.
All items shipped by Baby Train are covered by usual Manufacturer's Warranties. However, to make a warranty claim, the buyer must return the item back to Baby Train at their own expense.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Normal wear and tear
- Corrosion or rust
- Incorrect assembly or the installation of third party parts or accessories not compatible with the original design
- Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect
- Commercial use
- Improper storage/care of the item
