Gift Vouchers & Credit Notes

Gift Vouchers purchased through store:

Gift Vouchers can be purchased over the counter at our Dingley Village and Ringwood stores. They are redeemable in store and online at www.babytrain.com.au. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers purchased Online:

Gift Vouchers can be purchased via our website. They are both redeemable in store and online at www.babytrain.com.au. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Credit Notes:

Where applicable with our refund and exchange policy Baby Train may issue customers with a credit note on returned items. This credit is redeemable either in store or online at www.babytrain.com.au.

Credit notes are not redeemable for cash. Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We encourage all customers to choose wisely when purchasing as Baby Train does not offer exchange, credit notes or refunds on change of mind items. Proof of purchase must be provided when seeking a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CREDIT NOTES

Refunds are available to customers who have purchased a faulty or defective product. In order for a refund to be processed an original proof of purchase receipt must be presented with the goods being returned. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. When you return any item, picture proof and tracking is required and after getting the parcel we will refund, exchange or credit note your purchase. Any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the item has not been returned within 30 business days, this will void your sale and no refund, exchange or credit note will be given.

Freight charges are not refunded.

Baby Train encourages all customers to consider their purchases carefully as we do not offer refunds on change of mind items. Where possible we will accommodate providing a proof of purchase is provided, goods are resalable and are returned within 7 days.

Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and are cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

All pricing contained within the babytrain.com.au website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Credit Cards

Baby Train accepts payments via MasterCard and Visa.

We are committed to the security of your information. All payment are processed using PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) a set of standards created by card issuers such as Visa and MasterCard to ensure the security of credit card details online. This standard has been created to assist in ensuring that sensitive customer data remains secure at all times.

Baby Train utilises the services of eWay to process all credit card payments. Card details are encrypted by eWAY, ensuring they are transmitted, processed and stored securely.

Baby Train uses a strong Secure Socket Layers (SSL) which is the same technology used by most of the world's banking institutions. The SSL certificate is a globally accepted technology that helps you the customer confirms the website you are dealing with is secure. SSL certificates secure your online transactions by encrypting credit card and personal information and providing a safe route of communication for your online payments.
